As a Sales Clerk at Makers Store, you will support the daily retail and e-commerce operations of the store while providing a professional customer experience.
You will be responsible for handling POS sales, maintaining inventory, fulfilling website orders, coordinating with delivery agents, and responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram.
This is a part-time position – 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible team member who can work independently, communicate well with customers, and maintain accurate daily operations.
Experience or interest in electronics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, robotics, sensors, and DIY products will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities

Working Schedule, Salary & Incentives
First 2 Months – Trial Period
- Salary: OMR 150 per month
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day
- Days per Week: 5 days
During the trial period, employees will receive training on POS sales, inventory management, website order fulfillment, customer service, and delivery coordination.
After Successful Completion of Trial Period
- Salary: OMR 200 per month
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day
- Days per Week: 5 days
- Working schedule may include Saturday, based on the assigned weekly roster.
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Monthly Sales Incentive
After successfully completing the trial period, the employee will be eligible for a 1.5% sales commission when the assigned monthly sales target is achieved.
The commission will be calculated based on the applicable monthly sales performance and paid in addition to the employee's monthly salary.
