1.1 Pick Up from Makers Store
- Cost: Free
- Location: Makers Store
- Details: Orders can be picked up from Makers Store during regular business hours. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or SMS. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
1.2 Door-to-Door Delivery (Within Oman)
- Cost: 2 OMR
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
- Details: Convenient home delivery service available for orders within Oman. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status.
1.3 Office-to-Office Delivery (Within Oman)
- Cost: 1 OMR
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
- Details: This option allows your order to be shipped from our office to your preferred shipping branch within Oman, where you can collect it at your convenience. A tracking number will be provided to monitor your order’s progress.
1.4 Oman Post (Asyad Express) - GCC Countries
- Cost: Based on weight
- Delivery Time: 3–6 business days
- Details: Available for customers in GCC countries outside Oman. Costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Tracking information will be provided to help you follow the delivery journey.
2. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
- During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays to keep you informed.
3. Shipping Costs & Calculations
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and the total weight (for international shipments). During checkout, you will be able to review all applicable shipping charges.
- Please note that customs or import fees for GCC deliveries may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking

5. Undeliverable Packages
- In cases where packages cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, unavailability, or other factors, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we only offer international shipping to GCC countries via Oman Post (Asyad Express).
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical address to ensure prompt delivery.
