CA3140 Bi-CMOS Operational Amplifier

The CA3140 is a 4.5MHz BiMOS operational amplifier featuring gate-protected PMOS (MOSFET) input transistors combined with bipolar output transistors on a single monolithic chip. Originally designed as an upgraded, direct replacement for the industry-standard 741 op-amp, it delivers significantly higher input impedance, ultra-low input current, and high-speed performance.
