بصفتك موظف مبيعات في "متجر الصنّاع"، ستتولى دعم العمليات اليومية للبيع بالتجزئة والتجارة الإلكترونية في المتجر، مع تقديم تجربة احترافية للعملاء.
هذه وظيفة بدوام جزئي (6 ساعات يومياً، 5 أيام في الأسبوع). نحن نبحث عن عضو فريق يتمتع بالمبادرة والتنظيم وحس المسؤولية، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل، والتواصل بفعالية مع العملاء، وضمان دقة العمليات اليومية.
تُعد الخبرة أو الاهتمام بمجالات الإلكترونيات، وArduino، وRaspberry Pi، وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT)، والروبوتات، والمستشعرات، ومنتجات "اصنعها بنفسك" (DIY) ميزةً إضافية.
المسؤوليات
- Handle daily POS & Website sales.
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with delivery agents.
- Organize shelves and displays
يجب أن تمتلك
- Ability to use POS systems.
- Good customer service skills.
- Basic English communication.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work independently.

Working Schedule, Salary & Incentives
First 2 Months – Trial Period
- Salary: OMR 150 per month
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day
- Days per Week: 5 days
During the trial period, employees will receive training on POS sales, inventory management, website order fulfillment, customer service, and delivery coordination.
After Successful Completion of Trial Period
- Salary: OMR 200 per month
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day
- Days per Week: 5 days
- Working schedule may include Saturday, based on the assigned weekly roster.
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Monthly Sales Incentive
After successfully completing the trial period, the employee will be eligible for a 1.5% sales commission when the assigned monthly sales target is achieved.
The commission will be calculated based on the applicable monthly sales performance and paid in addition to the employee's monthly salary.
