TNY175PN Power Integrations AC/DC
The TNY175PN is an energy-efficient, offline AC/DC switcher integrated circuit manufactured by Power Integrations as part of their TinySwitch-LT series. It combines a 650 V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage current source, and robust protection circuitry onto a single monolithic chip designed for flyback power supply topologies.
